We are proud to support the ‘Fair Work First’ initiative implemented by the Scottish Government in April 2021. This policy encourages employers like ourselves to adopt fair working policies. Specifically: 

  • To pay the Real Living Wage find out more at www.scottishlivingwage.org,
  • Not to use zero-hour contracts unless they are appropriate, 
  • Invest in workforce development,
  • Use appropriate channels for effective voice,
  • Create a more diverse and inclusive workplace, whilst tackling the gender pay gap.
