For the savoury food lovers in the hamper is a box of Orkney Heritage Spelt Wheat, Herb & Pepper Oatcakes: Hand-baked with spelt wheat and coarse ground wholegrain oats, enhanced by savoury notes of chia seeds, rosemary, onion and black pepper. Spelt is an ancient grain that is a source of protein and fibre with a delicate, sweet and nutty flavour. Along with a jar of our very own Deerness Distillery Spiced Carrot and Tomato Chutney to perfectly compliment the oatcakes.
For a sweet treat we’ve included a jar of our unique Deerness Distillery Raspberry, Strawberry and Orange Jam to enjoy on your toast – any time of the day!
