Deerness Distillery Gin Collection
£30.00
Our Gin Collection is a simple, convenient way to try all three of our small-batch gins. Inside, you’ll find 10cl bottles of Sea Glass, Scuttled, and Vára—each with its own unique flavour and story.
Sea Glass is fresh and coastal with a crisp, citrus kick. Scuttled has a warm, peppery depth and was made to mark a bit of local history. And Vára is floral and smooth, with hints of rose, cardamom, and vanilla—like a sip of spring.
Whether you’re treating yourself or gifting it to a gin lover, this collection is an easy way to explore what we’re all about.

Box Contents:
Our flagship gin and multi-award winner, Sea Glass Gin captures the coastal spirit of our home. Expect a juniper-forward profile with bright citrus notes, finishing with a refreshing hint of cucumber and mint.
Perfect serve: Pair with a premium tonic, plenty of ice, and garnish with fresh coriander, lemon, kiwi, and blueberries for a vibrant experience.
Our award winning Scuttled Gin was made to mark 100 years since the scuttling of the German High Seas Fleet in Scapa Flow. It’s warm, slightly spicy, and perfect for cooler months.
Perfect serve: Garnish simply with citrus slices and cinnamon sticks. Or for the more adventurous a slice of chilli pepper. Perfect with your favourite classic tonic or why not try it with ginger ale warmed.
Named after the Old Norse word for “spring,” our Vára Gin is light, floral, and full of life. Rose and cardamom lead the way, with bright citrus and a soft finish of rosemary and vanilla.
Perfect serve: Try it with grapefruit tonic or ginger ale, or splash some into your next glass of Prosecco. Garnish with strawberries and mint for extra freshness.
