Step into a unique taste and fine craftsmanship journey with our 2023 Edition Gin. This remarkable collector’s item comprises our prized 2023 Edition Gin . At 38% abv and packaged in a 50cl bottle, each sip offers a botanical journey to the palate. We are proud to produce a gin that is as Orcadian as we can make it! With the exception of juniper, all the botanicals have been grown on-site during 2023 and then distilled, bottled and labelled in our self-built distillery. The label has been designed by our very talented team member, Lianne and printed in Orkney on premium recycled paper. The finishing touch is an engraved brass tag detailing our unique logo and the individual bottle number (there are only 200 gift boxes!).
Along with our premium branded tumbler, every element of this gift box has been designed to heighten your enjoyment and sensory experience. I haven’t actually opened the bottle yet it’s being saved until Christmas Day but I know full well that it’s going to be extremely good as all your products to date have been. You won’t remember us but we visited your establishment in May 2018 I think you only just opened your doors to the public. It still raises a smile with me when you told us the names of your two stills “Waltz and Matilda”

I am contacting you to say that this is the smoothest and most rounded spirit I have tasted in a long time.
I don’t drink much alcohol but I am discerning in what I drink and this gin has a beautiful flavour.
I first tasted your gin when we holidayed in Orkney a few years ago and have ordered a bottle from you for time to time, however, your 2023 Special Edition has surpassed even Seaglass.
